Educational process software as a condition for the effective operation of an additional education institution

All activities of any educational organization are based on a certain legal framework and are regulated by local acts. The list of the main local acts for each institution is indicated in the Law on Education of the Russian Federation. The founding documents there define the Charter of the institution and the Development Program. Within the framework of this legal field, all other documents of the institution are already being implemented: programs, regulations, rules, etc. Each educational organization builds its own system of educational activities, based on the conditions and resource capabilities.

With the adoption of the Development Program in 2014, the Galaktika Center for Extracurricular Activities began to systematically modernize this system. This applies, in particular, to the software of the educational process.

For three years, purposeful work has been going on to build a holistic model of the educational space of the institution, in which the center of educational relations is the student, conditions are created for the openness and accessibility of education, and the main indicator of the effectiveness of all educational activities are the criteria for the quality of education. If we trace the chronology of software modernization, we can see the consistency and integrity of this process. First of all, the main educational program of the institution "Star Trek" was developed, in which the links and relationships between all elements of the educational system of the institution, the mechanism for realizing the pedagogical potential of the institution and software levels were determined.

Software for the educational process at the TsVR "Galaktika" includes:

The main educational program of the Star Trek institution and 4 subprograms:

- New Stars of New Russia. The program of spiritual and moral education and development of students.

- "Our health is in our hands." The program for creating a health-saving environment in the institution.

- "We are together." Social partnership and networking program.

- WSOKO program. Internal system for assessing the quality of education.

The program of activities of the scientific and methodological service of the TsVR "Galaktika".

The program of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process.

The program of the leisure center "Own planet".

The program of summer organization of summer recreation, health improvement and employment of children and adolescents "Star Summer".

LEVEL 2 PROGRAMS

Programs for the development of the structural subdivisions of the Galaktika CVR (social and pedagogical joint venture, musical and artistic joint venture, sports and technical joint venture, choreographic joint venture, joint venture of arts and crafts, early development studio).

Programs for the development of clubs at the place of residence TsVR "Galaktika" (Club "Kaleidoscope", Youth Chess Club).

Programs for the development of structural units and clubs at the place of residence specify the main provisions of the program for the development of the institution in certain areas of creative activity.

LEVEL 3 PROGRAMS

Additional general education programs in 5 areas of creative activity: artistic, social and pedagogical, tourist and local history, physical culture and sports, technical.

All general education programs are developed on the basis of normative documents of the Federal and municipal levels, using the professional experience of teachers and modern requirements of pedagogical science. All programs have an internal peer review at the level of structural units, methodological associations. Author's programs have external expert evaluation. The content of additional general educational general development programs and the terms of training for them are determined by the educational program of the TsVR "Galaktika".

During the period from 2015 to 2017, the institution continued the process of software modernization. The list of comprehensive programs was supplemented by programs for the development of children's talents "Light a Star!", for project activities and the development of professional competence of pedagogical and executive employees of the institution. All this methodological product has an external expert assessment in the format of presentation at seminars, conferences, professional competitions.

The second most important direction in the modernization of software support for the educational process in the TsVR "Galaktika" is the transition to a new format of additional general education programs for teachers in all areas of creative activity. From 2014 to 2017, this process took place in several stages:

1. 2014 - partial adjustment of the DOOP - transition to a competency-based approach to performance assessment.

2. 2015-2016 - development of annual work programs.

3. 2016-2017 - transition to a new format of DOOP in accordance with Law No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation", where the educational program is defined as "a set of basic characteristics of education (volume, content, planned results), organizational and pedagogical conditions”, presented “in the form of a curriculum, academic calendar, work programs of subjects, courses, disciplines (modules), other components, as well as assessment and methodological materials” (Chapter 1, Article 2, paragraph 9).

The methodological service of the institution developed Methodological recommendations for the design of additional general educational general development programs for teachers of additional education MBUDO TsVR "Galaktika", educational and practical seminars were held as part of the School of Professional Growth and master classes.

Modernization of the educational process software

The second important component of the software is a set of additional general educational programs for teachers. At the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year, the Galaktika TsVR implemented 93 programs in 5 areas: artistic, socio-pedagogical, technical, physical culture and sports, tourist and local history. During the year, active work was carried out to design a new format of programs by all teachers of our institution. This process, although creative, is quite complex and long-term. Each teacher understands that the main document of his educational activity must not only meet the modern requirements of the state, but also fully respond to the needs of children and parents. And only in this case, we will be able to talk about the effectiveness of the educational process and the quality of additional education.
