Today, the training of a primary care physician is one of the main tasks that is set when teaching students of a medical university in accordance with the updated Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education. Since 2017, internships have been canceled for graduates of the medical and pediatric faculties, and a procedure for primary accreditation of a specialist has been introduced, aimed at determining its compliance with the requirements for the implementation of medical activities. Accordingly, the requirements for the system of higher education, methods and technologies of education are changing. All this dictates the need to search for new forms of training students for practical activities that will bring education closer to the real requirements of health care and increase the readiness of graduates to provide primary health care. It is necessary to find the most effective training options in specific conditions, which, in comparison with traditional forms, will allow not only to gain knowledge and skills, but also to teach how to work in a team, develop communication skills with the patient, and, which is very important, psychologically prepare graduates for the new system. assessment and their admission to practical activities.

In this regard, within the framework of the elective cycle of the Department of Family Medicine and Polyclinic Therapy for fifth-year students of the Faculty of Medicine on the topic "Formation of a healthy lifestyle", aimed at increasing the graduate's readiness for screening for CND and the provision of preventive care, two game training events were held - Spartakiad and quest game. 41 students attended the elective classes, they were divided into 6 teams headed by captains and having their own name and motto. In the process of learning at lectures, practical and seminar sessions, the main issues were discussed and the skills and abilities of screening for CND (chronic infectious diseases) and risk factors for their development in the conditions of clinical examination and the formation of a healthy lifestyle, as well as teamwork skills were worked out in small groups. In addition, all students in the process of preparing for the cycle visited the health center, got acquainted with its work, and everyone got the opportunity to undergo an examination. After all, any doctor, regardless of the chosen specialty, should know everything about his health, know the secrets of active longevity and be an example!

On June 21, 2016, a sports contest was held in the Alexander Garden with the involvement of employees of the Department of Physical Education. The event began with the introduction of the teams, followed by their performance of practical tasks during the passage of 7 themed stations, including primary care for injuries, air rifle shooting, physical exercises, knitting knots, etc. The winning team received a prize from the category "health food" – a set of functional probiotic products from MNPK Vyatkabioprom.

On June 24, the stage of practical skills was passed on the elective "Formation of a healthy lifestyle" in the form of a quest game at the following stations: tasks for medical examination of patients,

- patient counseling station for healthy eating and weight loss,

- patient counseling station for smoking cessation,

- a station for counseling a patient on physical activity,

- an oncological examination station, which involves demonstrating the skills of screening oncopathology of visible localizations on models,

- a station aimed at developing skills in working with medical documentation in the form of filling out a medical examination record card based on the results of examination and examination the patient presented in the situational task and the development of a plan for his further observation.

Evaluation of the performance of tasks was carried out on the basis of clearly developed criteria and a point-rating system using evaluation sheets. During the game, the team members not only went through all the stages of medical examination in conditions close to real and showed their practical skills on dummies, but also talked with practicing doctors of various profiles, who acted as experts. To work at stations as experts, in addition to the teaching staff of the Department of Family Medicine and Polyclinic Therapy, the director of the accreditation center of the Kirov State Medical Academy, Professor A.G. Kislichko, representatives of practical healthcare - the chief specialist in prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Kirov Region O.G. Malysheva, representatives of health centers and the center for medical prevention and the regional oncological dispensary. At the end of the quest game, the results were summed up, the winners were awarded, in which the president of the Association of Medical Workers of the Kirov Region A. V. Chernyaev.

Head of the Department of Family Medicine and Polyclinic Therapy M.S. Grigorovich noted: "The conduct of such training events requires a lot of preparatory work and a huge return on teaching staff. The preparation took place within a month, the entire staff of the Department of Family Medicine and Polyclinic Therapy worked very actively on the methodological and technical component of this cycle. But the return on the cycle and the results tests, interviews and assessment of skills exceeded the expected results, which was noted by the director of the accreditation center, the head of the department of oncology, Professor A.G. Kislichko, all the experts and the students themselves. Residents and graduate students of the department were involved in the work on the quest game."

I would like to note that there are wonderful students in the Kirov State Medical Academy! They are active, their interest and team spirit are felt, they want to acquire new knowledge and skills.
