How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason by logging on to your dashboard by emailing us at [email protected] or chatting with us 9am-5pm Eastern time.
What if I am not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We'll always send you an email preview before shipping any books and you can always choose different items or cancel a shipment by simply logging into your dashboard or contacting us within 10 days of your receipt of the email. Of course, you can cancel at any time. If you are not completely satisfied with any book package, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. We will automatically refund the price of the books to the original payment method you used.
