Read for free the book "Success or be in time" by Alexei Petrovich Goncharov completely online - MyBook

I thank everyone who helped in writing this book.

Preface.

Greetings, dear reader. If you are reading this book, then I am even closer to achieving success in another area of activity, human life. I am sure that this book will bring you a lot of benefits, joy, self-confidence, positive and, most importantly, health. She will direct someone, force someone to act, someone to think, but definitely positive transformations will occur for everyone. We will understand what “Success” is, what factors make a person successful, and how to achieve them. What are the scripts and algorithms for achieving "Success". We will analyze all kinds of life situations, give examples, and options for the development of a person as a person and a “reasonable person”. I ask you, if you have already started reading this book, to read it to the end, and while reading, tune in only to the positive and the fact that your life will soon change, strictly for the better. The side of "Success, happiness, wealth, achieving goals that you could not even imagine." Believe me, it's real. In the process of achieving success, you will experience exceptionally joyful and positive feelings and sensations. The only thing I sincerely ask of you is to be REASONABLE. When you ask yourself a question about something and answer it, listen to your answers and run them through the mind system, so to speak. Remember that man, the only creature on Earth, is given reason and intellect. And all this is not accidental. So, let's begin!!!

Content.

Chapter 1. "Success", what is it?

Chapter 2. Factors of a successful person.

Chapter 3. Health as the most important factor for success.

Chapter 4. Time is all we have.

Chapter 5. Status and position of the leader.

Chapter 6. Money as a financial instrument for achieving success.

Chapter 7. Conclusion.

Chapter 1.

"Success" What is it?

Why do we all want to be successful? What do we know about success, what does it consist of. What is it intended for and how to achieve it not in words, but in deeds. Each person represents success differently. For some, this is a business, their own business, to which a person devotes all his time and energy. For some, this is a career, career growth. For some, this is health, a healthy lifestyle, sports. For someone, a position in society and in their environment. In any case, it takes a lot of time and effort to achieve success. All of the above are actually success factors. For a more understandable study, let's highlight the key ones. We arrange initially in the correct order, starting with the most important and important, and so on in descending order. This does not mean that any of the factors play an unimportant role in achieving success. Without achieving any of them, success is impossible. I ask you to treat with understanding and respect the order in which they are located. Someone may disagree, but believe me, the closer you are to achieving success, and at the moment when you realize that you have achieved success, you yourself will arrange all of the above factors in that order.

Order of success.

Health. (Physical and mental)

Time.

Status. (Social, family, financial)

Money.

Now test yourself according to this scheme, and you will understand how successful you are at the moment. If you fully agree with me, and this order is a priority and there is nothing to change, then I can only congratulate you and ask how you achieved this, for how long, what methods did you use?

And if everything is the opposite, money, in terms of importance, is in the first place for you, status is in the second place, etc., as it was, for example, with me, at the moment of the beginning of achieving success. I had a severe lack of money, plenty of time (be honest with yourself), low status (a middle manager, so to speak), but I didn’t think much about health at all, and didn’t pay due attention to it. At that time I was 32 years old. I realized that I want to be healthy, rich (we are not talking about a 20-50 or even 100% salary increase, we are talking about millions of dollars, no matter how paradoxical and unrealistic it may sound), happy and successful. And I began my movement through the scripts described above and strictly in this order. So if your priority starts from the bottom, I can congratulate you. You are at the very beginning of the path to success, and this is actually the most pleasant news. Because when you achieve success, you will understand that the path you followed is much more important and interesting for you than the final, i.e. success. And it doesn’t matter how old you are today 15,27,40,65,80,87, I don’t know why, but these numbers came to mind. I ask you to get out of your head, as well as out of your vocabulary, such words and thoughts “It’s too late for me”, “I have lived my life”, “Nothing can be changed”, etc. You cannot change 2 things, date of birth

simple steps towards you” by Nadezhda Reznikova completely online — MyBook

© Reznikova Nadezhda, 2016

Hello, my dear reader!

It's a little strange to write to you, especially to write a whole book. I don't know you at all. Although, on the other hand, how are you different from me? I am also living my life for the first time and I also have a lot of questions about it. I will even be very frank: I have many comments on her. And every day, just like you, I open my book of life, turn over yesterday's scribbled page and selflessly try to write something different on a new sheet: more interesting, more joyful, happier, something necessarily with meaning and benefit. And, of course, my mistakes, delusions and ignorance hinder me. Everything is like everyone else. Everything is like yours.

So why would you want to read my book? Moreover, to be completely honest, I do not like books on psychology. They are more like manuals, which outline the conditions of life invented by someone, under which you will certainly get what you want. Not books, but manuals for capricious wants. And no life, even the simplest one, can be lived according to the training manual.

In general, I have little confidence in such literature. It is just an irony of fate that I am writing just such a book, a book on the psychology of man and his life. Fate generally likes to play tricks on me. She made me a psychotherapist, while I absolutely sincerely believe that just as there should be no intermediaries between God (the universe) and man, there should be no third link between myself and myself.

This is probably what I am writing about, about life without intermediaries. I will not promise you, my dear reader, that after reading this book, your life will spin in the beautiful pink rhythm of the waltz, the air will sparkle with all the colors of the rainbow, and the nightingales will sing around and you will be forever filled with joy and radiant happiness, fulfilling your great destiny . No, at best you will understand more what is really happening with you and your life. You will even have the inner strength to do radically new things for yourself, changing your behavior according to your understanding of the current situation. It will not be as simple and easy as other manuals promise. No, my dear, you will be sick. And from the fact that you will see and understand more than others, the pain will be sharper and, who knows, maybe even longer. Although, clearly, you will survive it and the feelings of happiness and joy that usually follow any sadness will not only be bright and significant, but also a little longer.

What can I say?! Honestly, your life will pass with all the ensuing consequences: you will love and hate, get angry and forgive, cry and rejoice, get sick and recover, think, doubt, understand and make mistakes. No human life is complete without it. And no book will make it easier. There will always be difficulties. However, you will have tools that will help you live them with dignity. But the people around, fate, and you yourself will persistently drive yourself into new situations in which you will need to learn to live and survive. After all, without a call there is no movement, and without movement there is no life.

You and I seem to be swinging the pendulum, increasing the range of perception of certain life patterns. By and large, there is not much to talk about. The only law that really exists has been known to all since ancient times: the law of cause and effect. Everything starts with him, everything rests on him, and everything ends with him. But to see external and internal causes, to trace the path from them to various consequences - it is worth a lifetime to figure it out !!!

After all, when you know where this or that path leads, you have a choice - to go along it or look for something else, whether you need this particular destination or whether you are even ready for where you end up at its end. This is where freedom is born. The only possible human freedom. It reveals itself and reveals itself only in one single case, when a person is faced with a choice. It's called "Freedom of Choice".

But as it turns out, it is not so easy to come to her. After all, this is the choice you need to be able to see. And not only that part of it that only seems to be visible in a certain way, but also the other side of it, deeper, which drives our true intentions, feelings and emotions. As if in ancient times people observed the eruption of a volcano and determined it with the wrath of God, now we understand many of the processes that precede this grandiose natural event. In addition, we can predict it and are not in a hurry to appease the angry gods, but we collect our belongings and wind away in order to save our fragile lives. Modern man has a choice to survive. In the past, due to the lack of understanding of what is really happening, people did not have such a choice. They died suddenly.

That is why it is important to pay attention not only to what lies on the surface, but also to look deeper, into the very foundation of what gave rise to this or that event. There is a great temptation to dwell on a convenient mythology, to invent something that is not in reality, to create confusion and difficulties, to poke around in it until self-exhaustion, crises and death. This is a path that no one consciously wants to take. However, it is devilishly seductively simpler and lighter. But, sometimes, the easy path brings more difficulties to life than the most difficult path in the world.

All psychotherapy is about this: how to see your real world, with all its inner currents. It's far from simple. Sometimes, it’s hard and unbearable, but only open eyes see it clearer in which direction to take a person’s path. And it all starts with a simple little realization that you have the very first choice: open your eyes or leave them closed for a while longer.

Open your eyes or leave them closed for a while longer...

I know how it is. A brave mind had long since made the most obvious decision. But the obvious solution is not always the right one at the moment. And if you feel that somewhere inside you are comfortable living the way it turns out, you should not force yourself with insights and realizations. However, for the sake of curiosity, which you still have, otherwise you would not pick up this book, you can flip through it as additional information, leaving it at the level of obvious knowledge in your head. Perhaps someday, an experience will come into your life, after which it will become unbearably important to see something differently. This will be the very time when the knowledge once acquired, like woolen threads in a warm knitted sweater, will naturally be woven into your life, creating completely different patterns, states and moods...

And it all starts with this little question: open your eyes or keep them closed? Because sometimes it is very important to stay with your eyes closed for a while to make sure that inside you there is not only a desire, but also a willingness to see what you happen to see. I ask you only not to hurry with the answer. Even if you really want to. Even if you think the answer is the only correct and suitable for you. Sometimes slowing down or even stopping completely can be very helpful.

I remember a good tradition in my family. When we were going on a long journey, chaos reigned around: worries, scattered things throughout the apartment, talk about difficulties on the road, petty scandals and sharp jokes. The very air seemed to vibrate from time to time with nervous tension as my family packed their bags. And now the hour "X" has come. Right now, through many decades, I hear my grandfather's voice: "Now let's sit down on the path." And as if in slow motion, I see how the suitcases slowly fall out of my hands, thumping with a heavy sound on the floor. And we smoothly and relaxed, almost like fluffs, lay our bodies on a sofa, chair, armchair and even on the floor. We sit down and shut up for a minute. Only 60 times we hear the sound of the second hand. Sixty small steps taken with her in silence take us from the bustle, noise and uproar to the outlandish world of collected calmness. In a minute we get up from our seats completely different people. As if this minute, leaving, licked off all anxiety from us. Now we are ready for the road and are no longer afraid of anything. We look forward to.

It is so important to make small stops along the way. They help to switch, reorient and, of course, tune in.

So now I ask you to "sit down on the path." And give yourself to a whole minute of serenely passing time. Let in time with the ticking of the clock, it leaves with its natural gait, taking with it into oblivion everything that stops you from the next step, your only right choice.

It is in your choice that your personal true genuine freedom is born. Perhaps the whole book is in one way or another about gaining one's inner freedom. Do not confuse it with freedom from obligations, society, or any passions. Don't be fooled by illusions. Real freedom along and across consists of obligations and, above all, obligations to oneself. The word given to yourself is like a sword of Damocles hanging over your head and with every betrayal of yourself indifferently taps on the crown of your head. Therefore, Buddhists consider silence to be the best tactic and practice stopping the internal dialogue, while other schools, including psychotherapy, teach a person to talk to himself so that he can hear and agree with himself.

Even without society, human freedom is unthinkable. Isolate him from people, from the products of their vital activity, including art in any form, food, clothes - and the whole life of a person will slide down exclusively to the level of animal survival. I don't think that's the kind of freedom we all crave.

And of course, a person cannot be freed from passions, desires and needs. After all, it is his living being. This is the beginning. A guide that leads you along certain, your own roads. Your passion fuels your day. Adds a beat to the usual schedule. Makes the nerve pulsate. Pumping blood. You are breathing. Are you alive.

In fact, this is the maximum that a person can do for himself - to find his own degree of freedom... to comprehend his own unique happiness and his own joy in it.
