My toddler loves this app so much! He laughs out loud when he sees his face as the driver, he thinks it’s hilarious 😂 It’s his favorite nursery rhyme - so he sings along to each verse and loves all the interactions. It’s even got jigsaw puzzles and memory games for him - all with a Wheels on the Bus theme.

Love that I can put my grandson’s faces in the pictures! The 2 year old loves listening to the songs, he will love it even more when I surprise him this weekend by showing him his face on the bus! He can change it to his brothers face or mine if he wants.

Brilliant!
First, it's a different version than the one we sing at home, so it offers variety.
Second, it does so in ten different languages! It's a great way to add French, Italian, German, Spanish and more to their vocabulary
Third, it's fun! my 20-month old has already figured all the activities throughout the song and does not tire of the poking and sliding actions.

Can't praise this highly enough. My 13 month old loves the interaction, amazing that babies are getting to use iPhones! It keeps him quiet for ages and has helped calm the odd tantrum. it won't be long till he can turn the pages by himself! Only issue is that it's American version. But can record on voice. Have old macdonald as well, great!

Bought this for my 16 month old grand-daughter, she loves it! Good interactive qualities, only criticism (minor) is that it's too easy to hit the page turning icon so we sometimes move on faster than planned!!

What are the inspection rules for buses from 2021
In the Russian Federation, the technical inspection of vehicles is regulated by two main documents.
These are:
- Federal Law of July 1, 2011 N 170-FZ "On the technical inspection of vehicles and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation"
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2020 N 1434 "On approval of the Rules for the technical inspection of vehicles, as well as on amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (entered into force on October 1, 2021)
Along with this for buses (categories M2 , M3 ) separate requirements are fixed in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2020 No. 741 “On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting technical inspection of buses.” These rules also come into force on October 1, 2021 .
Category M2. Vehicles used for the carriage of passengers, having more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat. The technically permissible maximum weight does not exceed 5 tons.
Category M3. Vehicles used for the carriage of passengers, having more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat. The technically permissible maximum weight exceeds 5 tons.
The main difference between the new rules is that the technical inspection of buses is already carried out in the presence of an authorized traffic police officer. This is intended to strengthen control over the technical condition of buses in order to prevent accidents.
The inspection procedure itself has undergone a number of changes. According to the new regulation:

- The bus owner submits an application by phone or e-mail to an accredited technical inspection operator. The application contains information about the bus and the desired date for the MOT.

- Inspection of the bus is carried out no earlier than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application to the operator.
At the same time, the TO may be refused if there are no empty seats on the desired day. So it's better to apply early. In any case, the operator must provide a response within a day from the filing of the application.

- Before the start and after the end of the technical inspection, a mandatory photo fixation of the transport with geolocation is carried out. Images, which must contain the transport data (license plate, brand, model, color), place and date of maintenance, are uploaded to the UAIS database and stored there for 5 years. This is done to exclude the facts of issuing diagnostic cards without the actual presence of the vehicle at the checkpoint.

- The inspection itself is carried out by a technical specialist of an accredited operator. In turn, the traffic police officer personally checks the compliance of the diagnostic results with the requirements of the law and compares the bus data with the information from the vehicle passport and the state register.

- Based on the results of the technical inspection, the traffic police officer enters into the diagnostic card generated in the UAIS his conclusion on the compliance of the vehicle with the requirements of MOT and certifies it with a qualified electronic signature.
The diagnostic card is now presented in electronic form and is signed by an enhanced qualified electronic signature of a technical expert. But at the request of the owner of the vehicle, the operator can additionally issue a diagnostic card on paper with signatures and seals.
The frequency of mandatory inspection for buses is:

- 1 time per year if the transport was released less than 5 years ago

- once every six months, if transport is older than 5 years
The inspection rules do not apply to buses that carry out operational search activities
How a bus is inspected
During the inspection, the bus is checked according to the following parameters (detailed descriptions are presented in the drop-down lists): in emergency (automatic) braking mode
In case of successful inspection, a note is entered into the diagnostic card that the vehicle complies with the requirements of the law.
If technical malfunctions and inconsistencies are found, a mark will appear on the map that it is necessary to eliminate the shortcomings and undergo a new technical inspection. This takes 20 days. If the second inspection is carried out by the same operator as the first time, then the inspection should be free of charge and cover only positions for which deviations from the requirements of the law were recorded.
Requirements for tachographs during technical inspection
PP No. 741 states that one of the conditions for passing technical inspection is the availability of a working tachograph (paragraph 70). In more detail, the mandatory requirements for tachographs are prescribed in PP No. 1434 (paragraph 82 of the section "Other structural elements").

"The tachograph must be configured no later than 3 years before the day the vehicle is submitted for the next technical inspection, print out information about the registration data of the vehicle (identification number, state registration number (if any), number activated as part of this tachograph software and hardware encryption (cryptographic) means, current date and time.
Information on the results of verification of the tachograph, confirming its suitability for use, is contained in the Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements. "( FGIS "Arshin" )

Inspection can only be carried out by operators with state accreditation on their own, specially equipped base. If a diagnostic card is issued by an unaccredited organization, this threatens it with a criminal case. Not to mention that the owner of the bus will lose money and get nothing in return.

It is important to know that technical inspection can be carried out in any subject of the Russian Federation, regardless of the "registration" of the car and the owner.

The main task of the wheels of any vehicle is maximum grip on the roadway.
The pressure in the wheels of a bus, as well as any trucks and cars, is determined by the density of the air inside the tire. Unlike passenger cars, tires on buses are made to take into account a number of factors:

Testing and operation advice
In the Russian Federation and CIS countries, it is customary to measure air density in kgf/cm 2 , which is equal to one atmosphere. Other countries may use other physical quantities.
As a rule, special devices for testing bus tires are equipped with a practical scale.
Checking the indicator takes place in different cases:
- if a decrease in air pressure is suspected
- during driver change
- after 100 kilometers of run after installation or repair of rubber
- in case of sudden frost or thaw
- before the passenger transport leaves for the flight, as well as at the end of the working day
- for long stops and maintenance
It is recommended to check at above zero temperatures, and if the car was operated in hot weather, you must wait until the rubber has cooled down. It is also important to pay attention to tread wear. In the case when the depth of the pattern in the center of the track is less than 2 millimeters, wear is considered to be limiting.
Technicians use a variety of gauges to adjust and check air density in bus tires. As a rule, this is a pressure gauge and a compressor.
