    Coloring of product lines according to conditions

    When working, there is often a need to isolate product lines in documents, a file cabinet or the Trading Terminal, depending on certain parameters. The set of needs may depend on the applicable legislation or the specifics of the business in the organization.

    In order to be able to universally set color parameters (text color + background color) in various functional parts of the system, the M-APTEKA plus program has a special mechanism for coloring product lines, which works depending on the fulfillment of certain conditions.

    Note

    Coloring of product lines by this mechanism is not universal, the specified color parameters can be displayed only in some screen forms, the list of which is strictly fixed.

    The table contains a list of shapes available for coloring:

    Priority coloring of product lines

    Column coloring Product name has the following priority (from highest to lowest):

    1. Settings from the guide Setting up the coloring of forms. If there are several coloring conditions in the lookup, then the color will be selected according to the priority set in the Shapes coloring settings lookup itself.

    2. Coloring settings according to the Reference book of trading actions.

    3. Customization of coloring according to the reference book Trading technologies.

    Column Code is colored with yellow background color if the product is used in module "Affiliate Programs" .

    All other columns are colored according to the settings in the Form Coloring Settings lookup.

    In the Form Coloring Settings lookup, you can specify multiple conditions for coloring specific fields of the selected screen form (for the same field of the same form, you can set several conditions, including those that intersect). Each condition is given its own priority, so that if several conditions are met at the same time, the color parameters of the highest priority condition will be in effect.

    Note

    The default string coloring condition set is only available to developers.

    Possible conditions for coloring screen forms

    • Main items and substitute items (analogues) in the order session:

      • In the order session, the product is an analogue. is a substitute product for the main product.
      • In the order session, the product is the main analogue is the main product.

    • Information about additional details of goods. For more details, see General information on working with the details of goods.

    • Form Input, editing (when working with product lines of an open document), elements

      • nsk_Series rejected - lines of the document with goods prohibited for sale are colored (see Working with rejected series).

      • Goods expiration date (doc-nt) - lines of the document with the goods, the expiration date of which will soon expire, are colored (see Working with expiration dates).

      • Product Vital and Essential Drugs (document) - to be colored Name item related to Vital and Essential Drugs.

        Note

        You can also customize the coloring of the field Product code , this is done through the Customizing form coloring guide.

      • Irreducible balance - the lines of the document are colored if the goods in the line belong to the irreducible balance for the unit indicated in the "header" of the document in field Department (to) .

        Attention

        The amount of irreducible balance (value in column K.norm ) for this product in the directory Irreducible balance must be greater than zero.

        Note

        The condition is designed to work with requisition documents. (see Preparation → Selection of requests from departments ).

      • Exceeding the manufacturer's price - document lines are colored if the product in the line belongs to the Vital and Essential Drugs group, it has a manufacturer's price and this price is greater than the minimum value of the register price in the document or in the Directory of registered prices.

      • No list price - document lines are colored if the item in the line belongs to the Vital and Essential Drugs group, but the list price is not defined either in the document or in the Register Price Directory.

      • For Vital and Essential Drugs, the manufacturer's price is not specified - the document lines are colored if the product in the line belongs to the Vital and Essential Drugs group, and the manufacturer's price is not defined for it (see Accounting for registered prices upon receipt → If the price is not indicated in the supplier's receipt document manufacturer ).

        For convenience, you can connect a "hot key" to the lines of the document, which will show help information about the current color schemes, for example:

        The function that such a hotkey should perform is called Color information in document lines [User.MethodsHotKeyItem.ViewColorCondition] . For details, see Entering and canceling the document payment date → Connecting a "hot key" to document type .

      • Supplier's markup percentage exceeded for vital drugs - This condition compares the supplier's markup percentage from the invoice and the maximum allowable wholesale markup percentage from the Markup limits for vital drugs catalog. If the supplier's markup in the invoice exceeds the maximum allowable percentage from the directory, the field specified by the user is colored.

      • The retail price is fixed (doc-nt) - this condition works only with the initial price and only in the base where the price occurs. When the condition is met, the field specified by the user is colored.

        If, for some reason, the retail price cannot be set according to the Price Guide for a special product (for example, the allowable markup has been exceeded), coloring does not occur.

      • above order price. by 30% - this condition works for goods belonging to the special group of vital and essential drugs, if the price of the manufacturer / producer (CenaProiz) is 30% higher than the purchase price (CenaZak).

    • Form Availability of goods in the department (table of goods), elements Group , Remaining , condition:

      • Product Vital and Essential Drugs - this condition checks the product for belonging to Vital and Essential Drugs. When the condition is met, the user-specified element is colored.

      • The product has batches with an expiration date - this condition checks whether the product has batches with an expiration date, according to the configured control of expiration dates by special groups. When the condition is met, the user-specified element is colored.

    • Form Availability of goods in the department (batch table), elements Series , Valid until , conditions:

      • Batch serial number rejected - similar to above.

      • Batch expired - Same as above.

      • nsk_Supplier's batch - lines of batches received from one supplier are colored. The vendor code from the External contractors directory is specified in field Parameters for this rule.

    • Form Availability of goods in the department (table of goods and table of batches), elements Price , Rose price , condition:

      • True - this condition allows to highlight column Price (in the table of products) and column Price of roses. (in the batch table).

    • Form Complex sale card, element Name , condition:

      • nsk_Product grouping - the condition checks that an additional product from the Bundled Sale Card belongs to one of the groupings specified in field Options for this rule. Checking whether a product belongs to a grouping is carried out taking into account the elements included in the subgroups of this grouping.

    • Form Import of electronic invoices, element Line. Purchase type , condition:

      • ID by type of purchase - the condition checks that the goods from the invoice have been received by the type of purchase specified in field Parameters for this rule. The default value of the parameter is Internet Pharmacy .

      Colorization is performed for the entire row of the table in which such an electronic invoice is indicated. If you select an invoice with coloring according to this rule, then under the table you will see the following text: Purchase type: and the value of the parameter for the coloring rule.

    • Form List of documents, element NomDoc. Type of purchase , condition:

      • Documents by type of purchase - The condition checks that the invoice has been received for the type of purchase that is specified in field Parameters for this rule. The default value of the parameter is Internet Pharmacy .

      Colorization is performed for the column with the internal document number.

    Technology of use

    By default, the mechanism for coloring product lines is not enabled and needs to be configured.

    Note

    By default, the coloring of product lines is configured and works in the Trading Terminal, as well as in some separately supplied modules.

    Customization is performed by filling in the lines of the reference book Customizing the coloring of forms.

    Attention

    By default, the directory already has entries related to coloring in Card index (form Availability of goods in the department). Removing or modifying them will destroy or cancel this coloring page.

    Note

    In separately supplied modules, product names are colorized, and the Form Coloring Settings directory does not allow you to set such a setting, so there is no conflict between modules and this mechanism.

    After the lookup is configured, the specified coloring of product lines will take effect.
