Appetizing chicken dishes are a source of vitamins and protein, which are so necessary for a growing body. Together with the experts of the Nasha Ptichka brand, we have made a selection of simple treats, they are quickly digested, give energy and will please even the most fastidious child!

Chicken Popcorn

These tiny pieces of crispy breaded chicken make a great snack for kids. Fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil and serve with homemade tomato-based sauce, then the dish will be not only tasty, but also healthy!

Ingredients:

• Nasha Ptichka breast fillet — 2 pcs.
• starch - 1 tsp.
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• flour (corn or wheat) - 3 tbsp. l.
• vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp. l.
• lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
• salt - pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the breast fillet “Our Bird” into small pieces.

2. Then add salt, soda and mix well.

3. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add starch and mix again. Let the chicken stand for 15-20 minutes.

4. Then roll each piece in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. The dish is ready!

Chicken skewers

Breast fillet is a dietary product that is great for children, and chicken skewers go well with any side dish!

Ingredients:

• Nasha Ptichka breast fillet - 4 pcs.
• spices (basil, parsley, rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper) - to taste
• honey - 2 tbsp. l.
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
• soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Make a marinade from sunflower oil, spices, honey and soy sauce, leave the Nasha Ptichka breast fillet in it for 2-3 hours.

2. Cut the breast into small pieces, dip them back into the marinade and mix.

3. Thread the pieces onto small skewers.

4. Place the skewers on a wire rack and place in a preheated oven at 180°C. Don't forget to place the tray underneath so that the juice drips onto it. In 30 minutes the skewers will be ready!

Cutlets with cottage cheese

Chicken cutlets with cottage cheese for children will be a win-win option. And if you stew them with a creamy sauce, it will turn out even tastier!

Ingredients:

• Nasha Ptichka breast fillet - 500 g
• onion - 1 pc.
• cottage cheese (5-9%) - 80 g
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
• wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.
• dill - 4-5 sprigs
• breadcrumbs - 1 cup
• cream - 1 cup
• black pepper, salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Grind the Nasha Ptichka breast fillet and onion through a meat grinder.

2. Mix minced meat with cottage cheese. Add salt, pepper, dill and 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs. Mix everything well.

3. Shape the minced meat into patties and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

4. For the sauce, combine flour, salt, black pepper and dried dill in a bowl. Add cream and mix well. If the mixture is too thick, you can add boiling water.

5. Add the sauce to the chops in the pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Kittens are ready!
