Learning shapes is one of the earliest concepts we teach kids. This readies them for geometry in the years ahead, but it’s also an important skill for learning how to write and draw. 1. Start with an anchor chart

With the help of the "Counting Geometric Shapes" activity, children can not only repeat the names of the main shapes, but also count them. Similar tasks can be used not only in home schooling for preschoolers, but also in kindergartens, as well as in elementary school in mathematics lessons.
