More than 50% of students in U.S. public schools are diagnosed with mental health disorders—and it is on the rise.
Bullying
1 in 5 students in the U.S. experience bullying in the school year, and students affected are twice as likely to attempt suicide.
Aggression & Violent Behavior
Over 70% of public schools in the U.S. reported at least one violent incident on campus.
Teacher Burnout

Obtaining data for authorization occurs at the time of accepting a person for a position or in the course of labor activity. Self-registration via the Internet is not provided.
Users can recover their password on the authorization page, and they must specify their email address and personal profile login.
The main purpose of the
LMS system is to train new staff and raise the level of technical skills and qualifications of existing Russian Post employees. The platform allows you to do the following:
- Learn new skills through courses that are divided into modules. All information is processed independently. At the same time, in addition to standard information, I offer students video materials, additional documents and a library containing useful materials.
- Pass knowledge level control through testing. Scoring is done automatically.
- Communicate with other members of the system on a specialized forum, access to which is provided only to registered employees of the Russian Post. This allows you to share knowledge and clarify incomprehensible points from more experienced colleagues.
Initially, only one course was presented on the training platform, aimed at knowledge in the field of customer orientation to improve the quality of service and services provided. Now on the LMS portal, employees of the Russian Post have access to a wide range of educational materials and literature based on the position and line of work of the employee.
After completing each lesson, students can test their knowledge with a practice test. At the end of the course, you will have to pass a final assessment, the results of which cannot be changed.
Personal account in Mirapolis SDO
Gradually, Russian Post offices are being transferred to personal accounts of the Mirapolis distance learning system. You can enter office Mirapolis using the login and password issued by the post office administration.
Benefits of distance learning
The distance learning system allows a company to save money on training, improve customer service, and test staff qualifications. In the case of employees, they receive a number of benefits:
- no need to take a break from work - earlier, for educational purposes, employees were sent on business trips to universities and special training centers;
- access to the LMS (or personal account of the Russian Post in Mirapolis) at any time - the platform works around the clock and allows you to study even from a mobile phone;
- individual approach - students can choose the appropriate type of materials for learning, as well as contact tutors for clarification;
- user support - an opportunity to find like-minded people, learn questions from tests and prepare responsibly for assessment.
