- The psychoanalytic approach, raising the tale to ancient myths, magic and dreams, ascribes to it the expression of repressed desires and complexes of a person.
A fairy tale, which has entered human life since ancient times, is a kind of history and treasury of folk wisdom, as well as a universal means of conveying those ideas about the surrounding world and man himself that people have developed in every historical era.
It is well known that the earliest information about Russian fairy tales dates back to the 12th century.
