Describing someone as “aged” or “elderly” is quite a neutral way of indicating age of a person. Words like “Childhood” and “Junior” are used for small kids.
Following is a list of adjective words to describe the age of a person, or a non-living object.
- Aged: People who are old
- Age-Old: Encoding date back to age old philosophers
- Aging: The organic process of growing older and showing the effects of increasing age
- Ancestral: Of or belonging to or inherited from an ancestor
- Ancient: Belonging to times long past especially of the historical period before the fall of the western roman empire
- Antique: An elderly man

- Declining: A condition inferior to an earlier condition; a gradual falling off from a better state
