I am grateful to find a book leveling app that was free & easy to use.
As a first year teacher, I needed to sort out all my donated books and make sure my students were able to find books at their level. With several hundred books, I really didn’t have the time to go online to search for each one. A quick scan from my camera and the book info pops up. The only issues I have is getting information back on every book I scan. I have tried the manual entry method, but that does not always give me the information I’m looking for. I would recommend this app (as long as it’s still free)!

Regarding the manual entry issue you mentioned, that's for searching AR information if you don't have ISBN barcode. For your case, you can find all scanned books in the "Books" tab at the bottom. On the "Books" page, you can easily share and print the book list in PDF format.

excellent APP
Every parent must have this app if your kids read a lot! It is super fast and makes the book scanning a happy chore. Also, I LOVE the reading list tracking feature! I don't need to write down on my notebook anymore. This is the best money I've ever spent on the apple store!
Great AR level checker tool
Usually I check book’s AR level through official site for my kid. However it takes my time and not so user friendly. I find this app and it saves me tons of time. It is pretty straight forward and blazing fast! Recommend to parents like me.

Reading books in the Books app on iPhone
In the Books app, you can view the books you are currently reading or planning to read, book collections, and more.

Reading now. Touch to access the books and audiobooks you are currently reading. Scroll down to see the books and audiobooks you've added to your Want to Read collection, as well as the books you've read excerpts from. You can also set daily reading goals and track the books you read throughout the year.

Library. Allows you to view all books, audiobooks, book series, excerpts and PDF files that you have received from the Book Store or manually added to the library. You can tap the Collections option to organize your books into standard collections, such as Want to Read, My Passions, Audiobooks, and Read, or into personal collections you create for easier viewing (see Create a personal collection and adding books to it).
Reading a book
At the bottom of the screen, tap Reading Now or Library, then tap the cover and do any of the following:

Page turning.
Tap the right margin or swipe from right to left. -
Go to the previous page. Tap the left margin or swipe from left to right.

Return to where you started reading. Tap the page, tap the rounded arrow at the top left of the page. Tap the rounded arrow in the top right corner to return to where you left off.

Jump to a specific page or place in a book. Tap a page, tap , tap Search Book, enter a word, phrase, or page number, then tap a result.

Using the table of contents. Tap the page, tap , then tap Table of Contents.
To quickly move through a book, touch and hold the Table of Contents option, then drag your finger to the right or left, then lift your finger to jump directly to a place in the book.

Screen orientation lock. Tap the page, tap , then tap to lock the screen in landscape or portrait orientation.

Book closing. Tap the page, then tap in the upper right corner or swipe down from the top of the page.
When you finish a book, personalized recommendations will appear to help you choose the next book.
Changing the design of text and page

Tap the page, tap at the bottom of the page, tap Themes & Settings, then do any of the following:

Change the font size. Tap the uppercase "A" to increase the font size, or tap the lowercase "A" to decrease it.

Font change. Tap Options, tap Font, select a font option such as Georgia or Palatin, then tap Done.

Enable vertical scrolling. Tap to use continuous scrolling through the book.
For PDF files, tap at the top of the screen, then turn on the Vertical Scroll option.

Display brightness setting. Tap , then select one of the options.

Change the page background color. Tap a page theme, such as "Silence" or "Bold".

Bold font. Tap Options, then turn on the Bold Font option (green means the option is on).

Adjust spacing and alignment. Tap Options, turn on Customize (green indicates the option is on), then drag the slider left or right to adjust line spacing, character spacing, and word spacing. You can also enable or disable the Full Alignment and Multiple Columns features (green indicates enabled).

Tap Done to apply changes.
You can select which side of the screen the menu button is displayed on. Go to Settings > Books, then select Left or Right under Reading Menu Position.
To reset text and page design settings, tap Options, tap Reset Theme, then tap Done.
Bookmarking a page
When you close a book, the page you left on is saved automatically—you don't need to bookmark it.
You can bookmark pages that you want to return to later.
Tap the page, tap , then tap . To delete a bookmark, tap the bookmark feed icon again.
To see all bookmarks, tap the page, tap , tap Bookmarks & Snippets, then tap Bookmarks.
Send highlighted text or a link to a book
You can send selected text snippets using AirDrop, Mail, or Messages, or add them to Notes. If you cite a book from the Bookstore, a link to it is added to the selected passage. (Sending is not available in all countries/regions.)

Touch and hold a word. Then drag the handle points to adjust the selection.

Tap Share, then choose how you want to share the selected text.
You can also send a link to view the book in the Book Store. Tap any page, tap , tap , then choose how you want to share the link.
