Scam huge scam.
We did the free trial my son fell in love I’ve paid for a month here n 5ere n desided to just do a year and I wish I didn’t. When u search the name of the app it doesn’t even come up I have to search hard for it. Hi I purchased the full app for a year paid for it it has been a month now and the app doesn’t change I deleted and re downloaded it and it is still the same.
I downloaded other apps from you guys those are not paid either. I clicked restore and nothing changes. I feel scammed and I want the app or my money. This is crazy. My son loves the app and he can’t even get what EYE paid for.

Same games
Mostly the same games that my 4yo already plays on the app that I already bought from this company. I’m not paying that much money for maybe 4 more games. I would buy if there were a lot more games. You need lower case letters, matching lower case to uppercase, sight words, numbers above ten, drawing shapes, phonics. . . I could think of so many amazing simple additions to this game. The effort just isn’t there, even though the original apps are engaging and my sons favorite, they are just becoming too easy.

It’s like a scam
Glad I only paid for one month, to be honest some games are good, but they install so many games that are not included in this subscription so every time my daughter hit it, it won’t work. It either asks you to pay more or to download new ones. It’s very annoying. My little girl sometimes got so frustrated she just turned it off and went to watch her cartoon. Will not renew after this month. By the way, 7 days trial was good, but after you paid for it, it’s like a scam. They really think they can use child psychology to get parents to keep paying for more.
Hate this type of business practice! Two stars for some of the games only.

Full Version not worth it
My daughter loved the 3 characters that were free (and so did I) so I purchased the full version. Unfortunately, the interactive games for the other characters were extremely disappointing and very basic when compared to the 3 free characters. I was expecting the same level of innovation in the full version but it felt like they didn’t even try with the other characters.

Inappropriate Sounds
My 2 year old loves Bimi Boo apps so I downloaded this one for him. You get 3 free characters and then you have to pay, which is normal with learning apps.
My problem is with the sounds that the Monster in the free version makes. As you’re dressing him, he’ll go “Oh” “Oh yeah” in a sexual sounding tone. I realized it when we were getting stares out in public. Please change the voice because it is not appropriate for children. That’s the only reason I give it 3 stars.

Puzzles for boys
At the beginning, the child really liked it, asked to buy the rest of the levels. After payment, they played for 4 days, on the fifth day the application does not open, when you open it, it's just a white screen. This is not the case with other applications. So... we paid for 4 days of games, and now delete the application at least. Reinstalling the application did not help
