Most cooking shows show you how to make a dish step by step. They're clear and authoritative and calming to watch. Cooking With Cade is not most cooking shows.

Cade is a toddler who loves to cook, and by cook I mean snatch all the ingredients away from his (very patient) mom and shove them in his mouth before they make it into the mixing bowl. The internet absolutely lost it over the videos of Cade cooking, and for good reason. They're hilarious and adorable.

The kid shoved a whole stick of butter into his face! I just cannot deal. And neither can the rest of the internet. "Your little son brings me so much joy," someone wrote on Instagram. "I absolutely love watching those videos. They crack me up."

"To be fair, this is also me and butter," another person wrote. Cade is nothing if not relatable. Cade and his mom, who deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for her patience and sense of humor, have racked up 330,000 followers on Instagram. There are tons of videos where the toddler and his mom (and occasionally, his grandma!) cook fun things together. Cade — surprise, surprise — mostly likes the eating part.

The way he just goes for a handful of sugar and tries to jam it into his mouth is, frankly, admirable. Cade's cooking videos are really just lessons in going for what you want, living your dreams, and being your best self. His faces are priceless. Everything about these videos is the best.

When the video of Cade and his grandma baking cookies went viral on Twitter, some people couldn't understand the patience his grandma had for his behavior. But lots and lots and lots of parents were basically like, "Anyone complaining about this kid's behavior clearly has never dealt with a toddler before." They don't call it the "terrible twos" for nothing!

Cade's mom, Christy Hagedorn, told Insider that she originally started posting these videos in order to keep in touch with her parents and sisters, who live in different states. She said "she was shocked when the video gained so much traction, but she also understands why it resonated."

It was the middle of the pandemic; people were trapped at home and unable to see their family and friends, and Cade's video was just a chaotic piece of joy that burst through all the noise.

As Insider also points out, "The video also lifts the veil on the unique set of challenges working parents of young children have faced since the pandemic hit." Cooking With Cade is pretty much a perfect distillation of what living through 2020 has felt like. And it involves a cute toddler in a chef's hat. What more could we need?

Christy has been stuck at home for months, in charge of teaching and keeping Cade entertained while her essential worker husband is out of the house. In addition to baking, she takes Cade hiking and sets up a water table for him. While he's busy, she takes conference calls and does work from home. "You try and multitask, which no one really can," she said.

By Krishna Priya Pallavi : In case Monday blues were dampening your spirit, we have a video that will cheer you up in an instant. The video is of a little kid baking cookies along with his grandma, and it is one of the most hilarious things that you will see today.

The video was shared on Twitter by a handle, @the3saddestangel, and it shows the kid trying to eat all the ingredients as his grandma tries to bake cookies with him.

"IM CRYINGGGGG," the video was captioned. Now, without any further ado, watch the clip:

The video shows his gradma asking the kid to put an entire brick of butter inside a bowl and then appreciating him for doing it correctly. However, everything goes downhill after that and Twitter is living for the hilarious moment. After putting the butter, the kid tries to eat it. Yes, you read that right.

As the woman moves on to put sugar along with brown sugar in the bowl, the kid tries to eat the ingredients again and the woman struggles to keep the kid from doing it. Seems like he enjoys cooking nearly as much as he does eating. Throughout the clip, the kid constantly reaches for the bowl to eat the ingredients, at one point he even tries to eat a raw egg. The mischievous behaviour of the kid left the internet in stitches. And, honestly, even we can’t get over his adorable and funny antics.

The video was originally shared by an Instagram account called Little Chef Cade, and it shows the 24-month-old Cade's cooking journey.

    Home baking

What child does not like home baking ?

It would probably be hard to find one. And we, mothers, are faced with the task of making homemade cakes as harmless as possible. Of course, you can offer him store-bought pastries, but we all want to be sure of its quality. If you buy pastries for your baby, then only with the mark “childish” and it is good to read the composition of this product. Because various additives can now be added to it that harm your baby. The main quality criterion is the absence of preservatives, flavors, and flavor enhancers in baking. After all, it is known that many unscrupulous manufacturers sin by adding all this to baking. Plus home baking is that we know what we are preparing it from. Conventionally, all dough for home baking is divided into 5 main groups: biscuit, yeast, puff, shortbread, and custard. Our goal is to have as little muffin as possible in baking - this is butter, eggs, sugar. I always replace margarine with butter, regular eggs with quail eggs, and I try to put less sugar. I also try to enrich my pastries with homemade cottage cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Thus, my homemade cakes become healthier and can be included in. Definitely ideal home baking , which you can start giving to a baby from 1 year old, is a biscuit cookie. you can find it on my website. Until a year old, my pediatrician did not advise giving anything from baking, which I did safely. After a year, I gradually diversified the baby food of my daughters, including a little introduction to homemade cakes . In second place after biscuit cookies is oatmeal cookies, because they already have more fat. But crackers, which many mothers consider as harmless as possible, are actually very fatty and contain a lot of salt, which disrupts the child's water metabolism.

In nursery groups, children are offered a variety of pastries: buns, muffins, pies, cookies. In this article, we publish several recipes that are suitable for kids. Baking for a one-year-old child should comply with the recommendations of children's nutritionists.

So, today we will introduce you to children's recipes for muffins, cottage cheese, pies and cookies. Baking for a one-year-old child should be as simple as possible. Homemade cakes for children are one of the rare meals that they are ready to eat forever. It's delicious, healthy and easy to make. And also baking for children with their own hands will help teach them to the culinary arts.

Glaze painting

Children's cookies are always a hit with little sweeties. Mix 200 g flour, 2 tbsp. l. semolina, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp. cinnamon and baking powder. Melt 100 g of chocolate, add 100 g of butter and 5 tbsp. l. honey. We knead the dough from dry and liquid bases, wrap it with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. It is easy to cook such pastries with children. Roll out the dough into a layer and let the baby cut out cookies with curly molds. Then put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C. When the cookies are cool, the child can decorate them with icing. By the way, this is a great option for New Year's baking for children.

Cottage cheese hit

What could be tastier than healthy cottage cheese baking for children? For example, ruddy cheesecakes, which we ourselves willingly ate as kids, are the best homemade pastries for small children. Pour 30 g of yeast and 2 tbsp. l. sugar with a glass of warm milk, leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Next, we introduce a beaten egg, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. salt and gradually add 500 g of flour.
