3. PREPARATION OF THE WALLPAPER FACTURA
3.1. Lay out the wallpaper on a clean surface. Using a tape measure, carefully check the correspondence between the dimensions of the wallpaper and the surface to be glued.
3.2. Marking of the wallpaper Factura

4.1. Prepare walls before wallpapering. Remove old wallpaper, dirt and stains from the walls. If the walls have been painted, all paint must be removed from the walls.

4.3. The surface to be pasted (including drywall sheets) must be leveled, filled and treated with a deep penetration acrylic primer. If there is no antiseptic in the primer, additionally treat with antiseptic

4.6. The surface to be pasted must be dry, even, hard, slightly rough, strong, slightly absorbent, neutral (no alkalis present), free of dust, grease, cracks, bumps, dirt, stains, traces of paint.
4.7. Do not wallpaper on walls that are not completely dry.
4.8. The humidity of the room in which the wallpaper is pasted should be around 40%. Carry out wallpapering at room temperature 18–25°C.
4.9. The surface of the walls must be evenly light.
5. WALLPAPER INSTALLATION / ADHESIVE
5.1. Only use SEMIN adhesive or Quelyd SPECIAL-FLEECE, appropriate for the wallpaper type.
5.2. Mix and apply adhesive according to manufacturer's instructions. Apply the adhesive evenly to the wall using a roller and brush.
6. RECOMMENDATIONS
6.1. When sticking, do not let the glue get on the surface of the wallpaper, the glue leaves stains, and their complete removal is not guaranteed.
6.2. Adhesive stains can be removed with a damp cloth. Do not rub the glue on the canvas, it must be literally “washed off”, and not erased from the surface.
6.3. Any protruding adhesive must be removed immediately before it dries, otherwise the adhesive may react with the ink layer, resulting in adverse effects.
6.4. Avoid drafts and temperature fluctuations during wallpapering and drying.
6.5. Do not ventilate or heat the pasted room, do not make other repairs until the wallpaper is dry (at least 24 hours, and preferably 48 hours).
6.6. Never use ink pencils, felt-tip pens, markers or ballpoint pens to mark flooring.
6.7. When sticking, do not rub the surface of the wallpaper too hard and for a long time, do not scratch the wallpaper.
6.8. Wallpaper drying time 1-3 days. During drying, do not open the windows in the room where the wallpaper was glued and allow drafts to occur.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage to the FACTURA wallpaper due to improper storage, improper installation (gluing) and fixing of the FACTURA wallpaper, improper operation, as well as due to intentional or negligent damage to the wallpaper by third parties.
7.2. The manufacturer is not responsible for the possible discrepancy between the dimensions indicated by the Customer and the actual dimensions of the surfaces on which the installation of the photo wallpaper is planned and the associated inconsistencies in the image.
7.3. The manufacturer of the FACTURA wallpaper is not responsible for the total or partial peeling off of the FACTURA wallpaper due to improper surface preparation.
7.4. Claims for color discrepancy, color defects, size discrepancy, poor image quality are accepted only before wallpaper installation.

To order FACTURA wallpaper, you must submit an application on the website under the selected model. 2. You will receive a wall layout for approval by mail. The layout is a reduced view of the wall, where the image is adjusted to certain dimensions.
3. After agreeing on the layout, we issue an invoice. FACTURA wallpapers are ordered after 100% prepayment with a bank card. Refunds for wallpaper "FACTURA" is possible in case of detection of a manufacturing defect within 10 days after receipt of the goods.
Manufacturing defects are considered to be printing defects, misalignment of the image on adjacent strips of more than 3 mm, mismatch of individual stripes in color, color mismatch on the FACTURA wallpaper and on the color proof. A manufacturing defect is not a color mismatch on the FACTURA wallpaper and on a computer monitor.
All claims for quality and defects in the manufacture of FACTURA wallpaper can be satisfied only before the start of installation of FACTURA wallpaper.
