Development of dexterity in primary school students through outdoor games
The task of physical education of children is proper physical development, strengthening health, as well as arming with important motor skills.
Primary school age - most responsible and favorable period in development of the motor skills of the child. At this age, the foundations of culture are laid. movements, successfully mastered new, earlier unknown exercises, physical knowledge. The physical development of the child means is the mastery of basic physical qualities such as strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility.
Education of physical qualities in junior school age has its own characteristics. Directed impact on the development of certain other physical qualities is provided by the selection physical exercises and training methods. Physical qualities are improved in the process movement learning. The most important requirements for methodology of education of physical qualities in the period age formation of the body - comprehensiveness of influences, proportionality loads and functionality capabilities growing organism, compliance influencing factors features of the stages age development.
During school, the development of dexterity in children is on the way to the formation of new forms movement coordination. To successfully solve these tasks, children are taught a wide range of variety of motor activities.
Agility is a human ability quickly master new movements, as well as rearrange them according to requirements suddenly changing environment. indicator agility is coordination difficulty movements. This takes into account the time required to master complex movements, and the degree readiness, which is achieved in this movement after exercise and games.
Dexterity develops quite slowly. The biggest shifts in coordination movements observed in children aged 7 to 12 - 13 years old. During this period, the basis for mastering complex skills in subsequent years

Games mainly with running. (Salki).
Salki.
