One of my favorite!

Sometimes it's easy inorder to allow your brain to rest! Most of the time it makes you work hard! I will “happen”on the accepted word and I think it is NOT a word! Look it up--it is legit!! Only sometimes when I access the definition button on the game, it will display “defition not available at this time” AND it is not in the dictionary!! What's up with that???

Awesome BUT!

This game is VERY addictive BUT for some odd reason, if I leave the app (with or without closing it out entirely) I lose my progress. Meaning if I’m on level 30, I’m still on level 30 but I would have to make create the words all over again. It never did that before! I’d even close the app out entirely and was still able to finish my game whereas I have to start over all over again each time I leave the app and I’m afraid of deleting it because I would really lose my progress of levels.

This word game is awesome. And I’m pretty sure anyone who has played it can admit. Funny how I’m just trying to get robux through OPRewards (don’t ask. new alt account) and ended up finding this astonishing game! You make easy words like “cat” on the first.. oh, let’s say A LOT. It’s a brain warm-up for me. Then you get to a few harder ones, then the IMPOSSIBLE ONES! The big ones are my favorite because I love a challenge.

By the time the child enters school, he masters the correct sound design of words, has a certain vocabulary, children of older preschool age have a large vocabulary (it reaches 4-5 thousand). These are mainly the words of the main vocabulary of the language, i.e. commonly used words for communication. At this age, the child has basically grammatically correct speech: he builds sentences that are different in constitution, coordinates words in gender, number, case, accurately conjugates frequently used verbs; freely uses monologue speech: he is able to tell about the events experienced, retell the content of a fairy tale, stories, describe the surrounding objects, reveal the content of the picture, some phenomena of the surrounding reality. All this makes it possible for the child to successfully master the program material when entering school.

Of course, not all children fully own such wealth and use it independently. The level of speech development of preschool children is different. Some children are free to use vocabulary; others have a small active vocabulary, although a significant number of words are well understood (passive vocabulary). Children with general underdevelopment of speech have inaccurate knowledge and inaccurate use of many everyday words. Children's active vocabulary is dominated by nouns and verbs. There are few words (sometimes completely absent) characterizing the qualities, signs, state of objects and actions, as well as methods of action. There are few synonyms and no antonyms at all. (Studies by A.V. Zakharov of the dictionary of children 6-7 years old in terms of the prevalence of adjectives showed that for every 100 word usages there are an average of 8.65% of adjectives). There is an insufficient formation of grammatical forms of the language - errors in case endings, a mixture of tense and aspect forms of verbs, errors in coordination, management. In active speech, mostly simple sentences are used. There are great difficulties, and often a complete inability to distribute and build complex sentences.

Taking into account the listed shortcomings in the speech of children, we set ourselves the task of helping children master their native language, replenish the passive vocabulary of children, expand and enrich the active one. For the successful implementation of this task, the active help of parents is necessary. The emphasis in expanding and enriching the vocabulary is on adjectives that decorate and emotionally enrich a person's speech. The main activities of a preschooler include play and communication, therefore, game communication is the necessary basis within which the formation and improvement of the child's speech activity takes place. An effective means of vocabulary work is a game. Games are of great cognitive importance, as they broaden the horizons of children, teach them to highlight the properties of objects, to find similarities and differences in them. Word games will help the child to enrich vocabulary, clarify the meaning of words, form inflection and word formation. Specialists have developed a system of exercises and games that provide for the enrichment of the child's vocabulary. Let's take a look at some of them.

1. Selection of definitions and epithets. Dog. What are the dogs? (Large, small, shaggy, smart, funny, evil, kind, hunting, firemen, etc.). You can use such word games: "Pick up a sign", "Tell me which ones", "Name whose", "Whose, whose, whose?", "Words on the contrary", etc.

2. Recognition of the subject by epithets. Green, curly, slender, white-trunked, fragrant - what is it? (Birch). Word games: "Guess what it is?", "Find out what I'm talking about", "Name the right word", "Guess", "Choose the word", etc.

3. Selection of synonyms: big, huge, huge. Word games: "Name the right word", "Say it differently", "Create the right word", "Compare", "Synonymous words".

4. Selection of antonyms: big-small, strong-weak, hot-cold, light-heavy, etc. Word games: "Say the opposite", "Correct the mistake", "Antonymous words", "Define", etc.

All these exercises and games help not only to expand the vocabulary of the child, but also to make it more active. In order for words to be included in the active dictionary, they must be repeated many times. Word games are good because they do not require much effort to conduct them. They can be spent with the child at any time, in a free and completely relaxed atmosphere, when parents communicate with the child (be it in the morning when parents take the child to kindergarten or in the evening, returning home, on the playground during a walk or during a trip to bus, before dinner or before bed). The main thing is to make communication with the child attractive to him: to develop his curiosity, to awaken the gambling passion in him, to become his partner in the game, to cooperate with the child, but in no case force him.

In preschool childhood, of course, the process of mastering speech does not end for the child. And his speech as a whole, of course, is not always interesting, meaningful, grammatically correct. The enrichment of the dictionary, the development of grammatically correct speech, the improvement of the ability to express one's thoughts with the help of speech, to convey the content of a work of art in an interesting and expressive way will continue in school years, throughout life.
