1Mix the egg and 4 tbsp. l. sugar, kefir and jam, beat well, add flour and soda, beat. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Pour into the multicooker mold, cook for 50 minutes in the baking mode, check the readiness with a dry toothpick. Turn the cake over and bake for another 7-10 minutes to brown the top.
