Microfreezes in games with sufficiently high and stable FPS

The problem is that many games lag, except for some, such as WoT.
And then, before update 1.0.
I reinstalled Windows, put 7ku - does not help.
In games, excellent fps, like reviewers / testers from YouTube, but at 50-60 fps it still lags, and it's very unpleasant.
After updating tanks to 1.0, many complained, like me, about the long loading of maps. Everyone was helped only by changing the HDD to SSD; but I don’t have such an opportunity yet, so I limited myself to defragmenting the HDD, which speeded up the loading of maps quite quickly, and wargaming released a patch that slightly corrects the situation.

I began to think that the problem was in the hard drive. Because the same tanks go on ultras quietly at more than 60 fps and do not lag, by the way; I also play bf4 without problems, everything is perfect without lags. This is how some games work.
But! GTA5, for example, goes to 50-60 fps, but microfreezes don't let you play. I set everything up as it should, even at minimum settings, with an increase in FPS to 60-70, the lags do not go away.
Okay GTA5, Firewatch lags even more.

It seems to me that the problem is clearly in the hard, as some games are running well. As a result, I checked the hard for errors, everything is fine; speed also corresponds to that declared by the manufacturer.
How else can I check it? I don't want to buy an SSD, but I plan anyway.

There is also a problem with running Wondows when the PC is turned on. Sometimes the system unit makes noise, accordingly everything turns on, but it almost reaches the boot and the black screen, the system does not boot, only a forced reboot helps.

What could be the problem? I would be very grateful for any ideas.
I'm leaning towards problematic hard from the very beginning, since the PC was assembled recently, about a year ago.
But how to check it?

P.S.S. Added screenshots. It seems that the amount of virtual memory used in games, that is, the swap file cannot be changed. The system has a limit of 512 MB, and games use more than 3 gigs. Yes, and as if this does not affect games, since everything is fine in tanks, but in firewatch with the same amount of FPS it lags terribly, and at the minimum.

On the last screen I show what is happening with the RAM in general. I start the games on a clean one, that is, I close everything - the browser, etc ...

This is a multi-layered and in some ways even philosophical narrative, where the actual chases and villains are far from the main place.

Quantum Break's storytelling can be blamed for controversial decisions, whether it's long-running episodes of a budget TV series as one of the highlights or an overabundance of text notes. In a game with the manners of a dynamic action movie from the creators of Max Payne, I want to see a more concise plot structure. But as soon as prejudices are thrown aside, an exciting story about time travel with sudden revelations and an ambiguous antagonist whose motives are reasonable and understandable opens up before your eyes. Additional sources of information allow you to better understand this universe, its rules, and the characters do not resemble dolls. The authors fully reward those who are ready to understand the intricacies of not the simplest scenario.

The story of how the black guy Lincoln Clay took revenge on the Italian mafia for the death of close friends is hardly worthy of being on a par with the biography of Tommy Angelo or the adventures of Vito Scaletta from Mafia 2. The terrible organization of the campaign with performing the same but mandatory tasks. Nevertheless, it is interesting to watch the confrontation between the protagonist and the "pasta" thanks to the excellent presentation of the material, the believable facial expressions of the characters' faces and the excellent acting, which, coupled with a considerable number of staged scenes, does not let you get bored.

Due to this, an all-consuming atmosphere of a metropolis that has died out after an epidemic is created. Sometimes you just walk along the streets, a shopping center or a field hospital and enjoy the New Year's illumination. Ubisoft gave a reason to call the project "another victim of optimization", as the graphics in the final version are inferior to the early prototype. However, the result still leaves competitors behind.

id Software has achieved 60 fps at 1080p on current generation consoles, which is a milestone for a fast-paced shooter. The PC version features excellent optimization and advanced settings for any system. In the corridors of the Martian base, you regularly admire the play of shadow and light, monsters are torn apart, and rich effects come to the fore in the course of battles.

This game has many advantages, among which the graphics are not the last. Battlefield1 stands out for its excellent optimization with high detail multiplayer arenas and density of effects. Additionally, there are destructibility, huge maps, flying, water and ground vehicles and dozens of players constantly destroying each other with the help of lead, fire, gas and mortar attacks. The game allows you to fully experience the chaos of a large-scale war, where battles are fought not in tiny arenas, as in the vast majority of multiplayer shooters, but in vast territories, which are also deformed in the process.

What impression a game makes depends on many factors, but the art style is the fastest way to carve a tunnel to the consumer's heart. It is doubly nice when the talented work of artists goes hand in hand with excellent graphics, which allows you to create surprisingly believable worlds.

Uncharted 4 impresses with its stylistic diversity and attention to detail. The artists managed to make even such simple locations as empty prison corridors expressive and atmospheric, not to mention ancient buildings with their bizarre architecture. But the main surprises await Nathan Drake further when he finds what he is looking for. It is also worth noting the skill with which the artists hide the graphical flaws of the game, intercept attention and focus it on expressive elements. Uncharted 4 makes a lasting impression. One thing to be happy about is that there is a photo mode that allows you to take screenshots from the best angles, so that later you can use them as “Wallpapers” for PS4.

Here, the palaces of the rich and gloomy streets, the abode of inventors, filled to capacity with strange mechanisms, and abandoned mansions are intertwined. You can wander through the spacious levels, seemingly endlessly, look into the rooms and admire their decoration, and at the same time learn something new about the surrounding reality. This living, real city, full of secrets and violent stories, is considered to be one of the main characters of Dishonored 2.

Developers from From Software were regularly criticized for the inexpressive design of locations in the games of the Souls series, as if all the forces of the designers were spent on terrible monsters. With this problem, they figured out in the Bloodborne offshoot and offered stunning views of a peculiar version of Victorian England with elements of dark Gothic. In Dark Souls III, the creators did not limit themselves to one style. Doom and Dishonored 2 do not run out of steam after the final shooting ranges and do not try to impress with expensive staged videos. Alas, after a series of failures, the Final Fantasy brand, previously associated with the pinnacle of the evolution of the genre, now pleases at best with re-releases of classic games in the series.

We know her as the creator of Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo, and this "holy trinity" has been with us since the last century. Even creating games in genres new to itself, Blizzard sought to tie them to their popular universes. In the case of Overwatch, things were different.

First, a completely new universe and heroes inherited from the canceled Projekt Titan project. Secondly, the lack of even minimal content designed for a single passage, only multiplayer. They can run on walls, teleport and even fly. A weapon in the right hands brings death, and a superpower, activated at the right moment, can turn the tide of battle. Team play, a combination of different heroes and personal skill are important here. Due to the variety of possibilities, each battle is unique in its own way. The game is captivating, it is very difficult to break away from it, and the creators are constantly warming up interest, reworking and releasing new heroes, replenishing the sets of multiplayer arenas and modes, selflessly cracking down on cheaters and tirelessly correcting the balance. The game has seriously changed over the past incomplete year, but this is not the final yet.

Yes, the game has flaws outside of the mindless multiplayer and map editor. Finishing off monsters gets boring over time, and several levels in the campaign are clearly superfluous. However, Doom is not just a quality shooter, created without regard to many fashion trends. This is the first step towards the revival of the whole genre. A very correct and important step. It's time for the militants, where intense battles, useful secrets and moderately spacious levels are at the forefront, raise their heads. Doom clearly demonstrates that such a project can be long and exciting. He does not need a dramatic story, attractions and attempts to make the hero act covertly. Bloody and aggressive shooters have a future not only in the segment of low-cost games from independent studios.

In these matters, the developers from Naughty Dog have long been competing with themselves, and in the current realities, their project has become the last of the Mohicans.
