F is for frog. “Ribbit.” G is for Grover. H is for hog. “Oink, oink.” I is for insect, J, jar of jam. K is for kitten. “Meow.” L is for lamb. M is for Murray. N is for noodle. O is for Oscar. P is for poodle. “Yuck.” Q is for queen, a queen who likes to quack. “Quack, quack, quack.” R is for Rosita. S is for snack. “Mmm.” T is for Telly and a tuba to blow in. Sesame Street Preschool is Cool ABCs With Elmo

Sesame Street Preschool is Cool, ABCs with Elmo is a Alphabet themed special that was released in 2010 by WHV.

"ABCs with Elmo" is the first video of the "Preschool is Cool" series consisting of 3 videos. Other videos in the series are "Counting With Elmo" and "Making Friends ".

Professor Grover wants to teach preschoolers the alphabet and Elmo helps him. Preschool is Cool ABCs with Elmo provides teaching by entertaining.

Some of the segments in "Sesame Street Preschool is Cool, ABCs with Elmo" are as follows:

Animation: An animation shows "Alphabet Town". With the help of animals, plants and some people in the town, letters in the alphabet are introduced.

At a billboard in "the alphabet city" , a man uses his hand and fingers to show the letters of the alphabet.

"Telly joins the Letter of the Month Club" is a street story. Telly becomes a member of the "Letter of the month club". Members of this club receive one free letter each month. Seth Green, a famous American actor, plays the character of Vinny, the delivery man. Contrary to what Telly might think, deliveryman Vinny in turn brings the entire alphabet to Sesame Street, Hooper's Store. This situation is a little annoying because today will be Henrietta Honker's birthday celebration on Sesame Street and there are letters everywhere in Hooper's Store, where the celebration will take place… This street story about the alphabet was added to the video "Preschool is Cool ABCs with Elmo".


The Alphabet Song is performed by Elmo and India.Arie. This popular alphabet song first aired in Sesame Street Episode 4100 before the "Preschool is Cool ABCs with Elmo" special.

ABC Hip Hop song is sung by Miles Robinson and Sesame Street characters such as Elmo, Telly and Zoe.

The popular alphabet song is sung this time by the band "Tilly and the Wall." This performance by Tilly and the Wall was first broadcast in Sesame Street Episode 4181.

"Hurry Up! You're Running Out of Time" is a street story. Famous American actor and comedian Gilbert Gottfried plays the character of Denny the Distractor in this story. Telly watches his favorite show "Hurry Up, You're Running Out of Time" on tv. The show's host, Guy Smiley, reveals that the next contestant is Telly from Sesame Street, and Telly is shocked. Telly's job is to say the alphabet. But each time he is distracted by Denny the Distractor…


"A's Anatomy" is an adaptation based on the television series Grey's Anatomy. In the sketch, Doctor Grover wants to surgery the letter "A". A's Anatomy first aired in Sesame Street Episode 4137 and was featured in the videos "Preschool is Cool, ABCs with Elmo", "Best of Sesame Street Spoofs".

In one animation, the letters of the alphabet are presented with the help of the characters in “the alphabet circus”.

Singing the ABC ELMO

Press Elmo's belly to hear him talk and sing about the ABC!

English to Spanish mode:

To switch Elmo's speech from English to Spanish, follow these steps:

  • Press and hold Elmo's belly for 3 seconds.
  • You will hear a beep and Elmo will say a phrase in Spanish.
  • Release Elmo's belly before he finishes talking to stay in Spanish mode.
  • If you release Elmo after he has finished speaking and hear a beep, he will return to English mode.
  • Repeat steps to switch Elmo back to English mode.
To replace the batteries:

2 AA 1.5 V ALKALINE BATTERIES AA
Replace the demo batteries with alkaline batteries. Use a Phillips/Phillips screwdriver (not included).

Troubleshooting:

If Elmo doesn't talk or make sounds, it might be time to replace the batteries.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION

Retain this information for future reference. Batteries must be replaced by an adult.

CAUTION:
TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE

  1. Always follow instructions carefully. Use only specified batteries and be sure to insert them correctly, following the + and - polarity markings.
  2. Do not mix old batteries with new batteries or standard (zinc carbon) batteries with alkaline batteries.
  3. Remove exhausted or depleted batteries from the product.
  4. Remove the batteries when not going to play with the product for a long time.
  5. Do not short circuit the power terminals.
  6. CHARGING BATTERIES: Do not use with any other types of batteries.

Always remove from product before charging. Charge batteries under adult supervision. DO NOT CHARGE OTHER TYPES OF BATTERIES.
If this product causes or is affected by local electrical interference, move it away from other electrical equipment. Perform a reset (power off and on again or remove and reinstall the batteries) if necessary.
